Stallone Interview - On Tupac Movie
This is took from an interview with stallone, it mentions the title of the movie is "Thugz Lives" which is diffrent from the one which was circulating on the net.
Stallone is working on a screenplay tentatively called Thugz Lives about the murders of rappers Tupac Shakur and Biggie Smalls and the alleged police corruption at the heart of the investigations.
He plans to direct and play Russell Poole, the detective who investigated the murders only to be thwarted at every turn.
"Russell's life unravelled and this guy was a third-generation policeman. Instead of pointing fingers, the story will follow his investigation and it will leave the conclusions up to audience members."
Stallone says he has also written Rocky VI, which he calls Puncher's Chance.
"I believe the last thing a person loses is his punch. You always have that one big hook that can change your destiny. When you don't want to throw it anymore that's when your life grinds to a halt. "
