I just recieved an e-mail from the woman who sold Tupac's Hummer a little over a month ago. Without giving to much detail of the e-mail , I will say she said "The top bidder backed out of the deal and the Hummer is to be auctioned on eBay again starting on November 10th. " This vehicle is being sold for an education fund for her two children.
I have a press release here from her and it has all the important details:

A rare opportunity to purchase a fully loaded 1996 HUMMER owned and driven by deceased rapper TUPAC SHAKUR will be made available on Ebay.com on MONDAY, NOVEMBER 10TH. Bidding starts at $500,000 with NO RESERVE and will end THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 20TH. An earlier auction held in August attracted over 95,000 people to the popular online site and bidding soared to $1 MILLION DOLLARS. The top bidder did not honor his bid, so the HUMMER is once again available for sale.

TUPAC’S HUMMER, in storage since his tragic September 13th, 1996 death, is in near MINT CONDITION with only 5,465 original miles. The current owner won the vehicle out of 50,000 entries from BLACK ENTERTAINMENT TELEVISION in a contest entitled "PICTURE ME ROLLIN’-WIN TUPAC’S HUMMER SWEEPSTAKES". She plans to use the proceeds to set up an educational fund for her children.

The loaded black H1 HUMMER Hard Top has a 6.5 Liter Turbo Diesel engine, 12 Disc Clarion CD Changer, GPS Navigation System, PA system with three different sirens, full motion spotlight, 12,000 lb. winch, diamond plate bumpers, and beige leather interior with burlwood trim. Also included in the auction are several PERSONAL items found in the HUMMER, including an invitation for TUPAC to a Labor Day Party at the Opium Den dated September 1 st, 1996, his hand towel, a cassette tape holder, and a hand-drawn map on a piece of cardboard. Photos and official ownership papers are available.

TUPAC SHAKUR has remained immortalized through his music, leaving behind a wealth of unreleased tracks. Forbes Magazine has named him one of the "Top 10" earning deceased celebrities and his top grossing hip-hop album of 2001, UNTIL THE END OF TIME, secured TUPAC as the top selling hip-hop artist of all time.
