The latest issue of RollingStone has an article on Eminem which makes a comparison between the popularity of Eminem and Tupac.

"What if Kurt Cobain had been a movie star? What if Madonna were a virtuoso? What if Tupac Shakur had been twice as popular -- and blond? "

The author is obviously unaware of how popular Tupac is and was, as to say Eminem is twice as popular is a vast exageration at best.

The author also mis-quotes Eminem as the best selling rapper of all-time.

"It's not just a matter of numbers, although numbers matter. Eminem has sold 20 million albums, making him the top-selling rapper ever."

Disregarding sales from Tupac's other seven albums and multiple singles, the sales of Tupac's All Eyez On Me, Makaveli, and Greatest Hits albums alone top 23 million in sales.
